Tools & Downloads
Planning tools that do not assume a good day.
Every card says which of three things it is: available and free, a Premium feature that is complimentary during the NAP preview, or planned and not currently available. NAP will not show a checkout or a download for something that does not exist.
Daily NAP Planner
Start with the energy you actually have. Then decide what to keep today and what can move. Once a plan exists, you can also make a simple NAP plan card on your device — the date and your tasks only — to save or share if you want to.
Free — available now
NAP Quick Start Pack — Beta
Five short orientation pages: how NAP thinks about capacity, a first check-in, a first plan, what to do on a sideways day, and where to go next. Fill it in your browser or print it.
Free — available now, no account and no email address
Sleep & Nap Journal
Record nighttime sleep, planned and unplanned naps, and quiet rest — with alertness before and after, whether it helped, and where you were. Exports to CSV or JSON whenever you want it.
Free — available now
Day Templates
Seven built-in day shapes — Standard, Low-Energy, Meeting-Heavy, Travel, Recovery, Appointment and Home Reset — plus your own templates, which you can build, edit, archive and start a day from. All of this is free and stays free.
Free — available now
My NAP customization
Planning preferences, your own task categories, your own 1–5 check-in measures, and personal planning rules like how many high-focus tasks a day may hold. Planning works without any of this — NAP's own categories and measures are the free default.
Premium feature — complimentary during the NAP preview. Nothing you create now will be removed.
Add or Import Data
Add sleep and daily context by hand, import a CSV from a spreadsheet or device export, or restore a NAP JSON backup. You match the columns, you confirm the rows, and any import can be undone. Manual entry is free; import is a Premium feature, complimentary during the NAP preview.
Manual entry is free · CSV/JSON import is a Premium feature, complimentary during the NAP preview (account required)
Appointment & workplace summaries
Turn what you have recorded into a plain summary you can take to an appointment or an accommodation conversation. Descriptive only — no diagnosis, no interpretation.
Free — available now, account required
Your information: export and delete
See what your account stores, download one complete JSON export of the account data you own, delete your planning data, or delete the account itself. The export leaves out provider credentials, passwords and session secrets, internal security material, and records not tied to your account; the full list is on the page.
Free — available now, account required. Never a paid feature.
NAP Recap V1
A description of what you recorded over a week, a calendar month, or a range you choose yourself: what you saved, over a stated range, with the number of calendar days shown. Descriptive only — no score, no cause, no prediction.
Premium feature — complimentary during the NAP preview (account required)
What tends to help? V1
Two parts, both private to your account. First, a manual library of notes you write yourself about what seemed to help, in your own words. Second, built-in repeated-entry summaries: when three or more of your entries share the same name and category, NAP repeats the exact counts back to you. NAP never reads the longer fields you wrote, and it makes no suggestion about what to do next.
Premium feature — complimentary during the NAP preview (account required)
Low-Energy Rescue Plan
For a day that has already gone sideways: name how today feels, keep what cannot move, choose one priority, decide what moves, place rest, define enough, and draft the message if something has to be rescheduled. Interactive, printable on US Letter or A4, with a plain-text version.

Report Studio V1
Inside the Reports page: take the appointment preparation summary or the nonmedical workplace-support summary you already generated and compose it yourself — your own title, an optional introduction and closing note, only the sections you choose, in the order you choose. Read it, print it, or download it as plain text or JSON. Every count, date range and source label is carried through exactly as generated, and the nonmedical support report cannot contain health information. The basic summaries stay free.
Premium feature — complimentary during the NAP preview (account required)
Wake Support — NAP Clock V1
A rest timer you set yourself. Type any length from 1 to 240 minutes and, if you want, a wake-up buffer of up to 60 minutes — NAP never recommends, preselects or optimises a length. Start, pause, resume, cancel or reset it. Sound and vibration stay off unless you switch them on before starting, and they only work while the page is open. Nothing is saved: the settings, the countdown and the optional “How do you feel right now?” check-in disappear when you refresh. It is not a medical device, a safety system or a guaranteed alarm, and browser timers can be delayed by device power management, so it must not be your only alarm when waking at a specific time matters.
Premium feature — complimentary during the NAP preview (account required)
Automated and scheduled imports
Recurring imports instead of choosing a file each time, with the same row-by-row review and the same one-action undo.
Planned — not currently available
Repeated-entry summaries in “What tends to help?” V1
When three or more of your entries share the same name and category, NAP repeats the exact number of entries and the exact number of times you chose “I might try this again,” “Maybe,” and “Not for me.” It never reads the longer fields you wrote and makes no claim about what caused anything.
Premium feature — complimentary during the NAP preview (account required)
Monthly and custom-range NAP Recaps
The same descriptive recap over a calendar month or a range you choose yourself, up to 366 calendar days. Every count is stated against the number of days in the range you picked.
Premium feature — complimentary during the NAP preview (account required)
Longer-range comparison V1
Place two ranges of your own records side by side. NAP repeats what you recorded in each range and shows how many calendar days each one covers. It does not calculate change, rank the ranges or explain why anything differed.
Premium feature — complimentary during the NAP preview (account required)
Personal Pattern Explorer V1
Several of your own measures on one screen, plus a fixed set of described comparisons built only from entries you recorded, and one panel where you choose a recorded day type — work, travel, meeting-heavy or recovery — and one of four built-in check-in measures to place side by side. Each one states its exact range, how many entries it used and the size of each compared group. It does not analyse, predict, explain why anything appeared, or write into your “What tends to help?” library.
Premium feature — complimentary during the NAP preview (account required)
Plan Card Studio V1
Advanced presentation options for the same plan card, in step 3 of the planner: a standard, compact or checklist layout, one of NAP's own themes (cream paper, periwinkle or ink), and whether the “Made with NAP” line appears on your own downloaded image. The free basic card stays free. The card still carries only the date and your task titles, it is still drawn on your device, nothing is uploaded and no share link is ever created.
Premium feature — complimentary during the NAP preview (no account needed)
Prefer NAP on your home screen?
NAP can be installed from Safari on iPhone and iPad or Chrome on Android. It is the same website in a full-screen window — not an App Store or Google Play listing.
