A wearable measures part of the story. You live the rest of it.

Everything NAP could ever connect to is listed here, split plainly into what you can use today and what is planned but not currently available.

Manual entry and export are free. CSV and JSON import — with row preview, duplicate handling, and undo — is a Premium feature, complimentary during the NAP preview. No wearable, health platform, or calendar is connected, and no device is required to use any part of NAP.

What you can use today

Built, tested, and usable now. Only these can actually move your data — everything else on this page is planned.

  • Manual entry

    Availability: Available Now

Type in sleep, naps, quiet rest, energy, and context yourself.

Fully supported, and never a second-class source. No wearable is required to use any of NAP.

    Use it now
  • CSV import (Excel-compatible)

    Availability: Available Now

Bring a CSV exported from a spreadsheet or another app, map the columns, and review every row.

CSV files open and save from Excel, Numbers, and Google Sheets. Native .xlsx files are not read — export to CSV first.

    Use it now
  • NAP JSON import

    Availability: Available Now

Re-import a file you exported from NAP, for a restore or a device move.

Duplicate rows are detected, and the whole batch can be undone afterwards.

    Use it now
  • CSV and JSON export

    Availability: Available Now

Take everything you have stored, whenever you want it.

Free forever. Export and deletion are never paid features.

Planned — not currently available

Groundwork exists inside NAP, but no provider is configured, authorized, or connected, so nothing here can move data today.

  • Oura

    Availability: Configuration Required

Sleep, readiness, and activity summaries beside what you recorded yourself.

Planned — not currently available. Storage, source labelling, and encrypted credential handling exist inside NAP, but no provider application has been approved, so no Oura data can be requested.

Planned — not currently available

Described honestly. Nothing has been built, chosen, or configured, and no provider application is in progress.

Storage, retention, and deletion rules need deciding first.

Whatever people actually use, rather than whatever is easiest.

Prioritised from the interest list, not from guesses.

How connections behave

The rules that do not change.

  • A wearable is optional. NAP works completely without one.
  • Manual entries remain fully supported, and are never treated as second-best.
  • You control what is connected, and you can disconnect it.
  • Imported data keeps its source and its import date, visibly.
  • You can undo an import where the import supports it — currently CSV and JSON.
  • NAP does not silently merge conflicting information.
  • A device estimate never overrules your own experience.
  • Private data is never shared with any community automatically.
  • Provider credentials stay server-side and encrypted. NAP never asks for them in the browser.

Which connections would matter to you?

Choose anything you would actually use. Priority comes from this list rather than from whichever provider is easiest to add.

Which of these would you want? (optional)

An interest list is a list. No payment, no obligation, leave whenever.
