Community Guidelines

Community spaces on NAP are not open yet. These guidelines describe how they will be run when they are.

Published for the NAP limited beta. Last updated 21 August 2026.

This document describes how NAP currently works, written in plain language by the founder. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace advice from a lawyer or a clinician about your own situation.

The basics

  • Share your own experience rather than instructing others about theirs.
  • No medical advice, dosing suggestions, or diagnosis of other members.
  • No selling, recruiting, or promotional posting.
  • Respect privacy — do not share anyone else's health information.
  • Assume good faith, especially about symptoms you have not experienced.

Contributed stories

Community stories are published with explicit permission and can be shared under a first name, an initial, or anonymously. Contributors may ask for their story to be updated or removed at any time.

Light editing for clarity and length may be suggested, never applied without the contributor's agreement.

Safety

Content that encourages unsafe driving, stopping prescribed treatment, or self-harm will be removed. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your country.
