About NAP
The space between the sleep score and real life.
NAP is a practical resource for people living with narcolepsy—honest writing about the experience, and planning tools built for energy that varies.

Why I built NAP
I lived with unexplained exhaustion for years before testing led to a Type 1 narcolepsy diagnosis. The answer was validating, but I still needed practical ways to navigate work, planning, travel, relationships, rest, and everyday life.
I created NAP—Narcolepsy. Actually. Practical.—to help fill that space with clearly labelled lived experience, useful tools, and educational resources that do not pretend to replace qualified medical care.
Anne shares lived experience and organizational approaches. She is not acting as a clinician here and does not provide individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
