Low-Energy Rescue Plan
For the days that have already gone sideways. Work through it in order or jump to the part you need: what today actually feels like, what genuinely cannot move, the one thing worth keeping, what can wait, where rest goes, and what counts as enough.
It saves on your device as you type. No account, no sign-in, nothing sent to NAP.
Low-Energy Rescue Plan
NAP — Narcolepsy. Actually. Practical. Plan for the energy you actually have.
Date: 2026-10-02
A planning worksheet. Not medical advice, and not a diagnosis or measurement.
Choose the amount of planning you have energy for
Where today actually is
A few honest words are enough. Nothing here is a score or a medical measurement.
The one thing that matters
One meaningful priority. Rest is allowed to be the priority.
What genuinely cannot move
Up to three real obligations. A shorter list is a complete answer.
What can move
Keep it, move it, or release it. Up to three rows keeps this small on purpose.
Rest you are planning, not earning
Place rest before demand as well as after it. Up to three blocks is enough.
If you are sleepy enough that driving or operating machinery feels risky, don't. Pull over somewhere safe, or find another way to travel. Sleepiness at the wheel is a safety matter, and rest before driving is the practical response.
What would make today enough
Three honest finish lines. Leaving a line blank is allowed.
Telling someone (optional)
Nothing is sent for you. Use this only if moving something would make the day gentler.
Draft a short message
If even this is too much
Make the same day smaller. What can be delivered, simplified, moved or skipped?
