Refund & Digital Product Policy

NAP does not currently sell anything. Checkout is not open on this site, no price is shown for sale, and every tool published so far is free. This pre-activation policy describes the implemented boundaries without inventing refund, trial, tax, or offer terms that have not been approved. Final transaction terms and qualified review remain required before any live sale.

Published for the NAP limited beta. Last updated 21 August 2026.

This document describes how NAP currently works, written in plain language by the founder. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace advice from a lawyer or a clinician about your own situation.

Current status

  • No paid products are available. Nothing on this site can be purchased today.
  • There is no Buy button anywhere in NAP, and no card details are collected anywhere in NAP.
  • Any product shown as planned, unavailable, or draft is not purchasable.
  • Final purchase and refund language remains awaiting founder approval and qualified review. Nothing here is legal advice.

How paid access will be delivered

Some NAP products are used inside NAP rather than downloaded. The Low-Energy Day Kit, for example, is read in your account, printed from your browser in US Letter or A4, or saved as accessible plain text. There is no packaged file to email, and this policy does not assume there is one.

Where a product does have files, they will be delivered to the account used at checkout.

In every case access is granted by NAP's own server only after the payment provider confirms the payment. Being returned to NAP from a checkout page never unlocks anything by itself.

Who will process a payment

The prepared website flow uses Stripe-hosted checkout, billing, invoice and receipt capabilities. The exact seller-of-record, tax, dispute and refund disclosures must be verified against the approved provider configuration and shown before payment.

NAP remains responsible for the products themselves: what they contain, whether they are accessible, and general support.

Any future physical item would be sold through a separate shop platform and would never go through this arrangement. The NAP Collective is still unavailable and unpriced, and whether it is eligible for this arrangement has not been decided.

None of this is switched on. There is no live payment configuration, and the public checkout disclosures and qualified legal and tax review remain requirements before any live sale.

Refund decision still required

  • No refund window, non-refundability rule, trial, discount, tax promise, or immediate-refund promise is in effect because nothing is for sale.
  • Before checkout opens, the final policy must state eligibility, request method, processing responsibility, timing, and the effect of a full or partial refund on access.
  • The prepared entitlement system records a completed full refund as a revocation of the access granted by that purchase; it does not delete information the person created.

Subscriptions

  • Cancellation and refund are different actions. A verified subscription cancellation stops a future renewal; it does not itself create a refund or delete information.
  • The prepared entitlement follows the provider-confirmed paid-period end and then removes future Premium mutation access. Final public timing terms require founder approval before sale.
  • Previously created information remains readable, exportable and deletable after Premium entitlement ends.

What you may do with what you buy

  • Personal use, for the person who bought it.
  • Printing and saving copies for your own use, including for an appointment or a conversation at work.
  • Not redistribution, resale, public upload, or reuse across an organisation, team, clinic or class. Ask about a licence instead.

What will not be sold

  • Anything unfinished, untested, or missing what its page describes.
  • Medical advice, treatment plans, or anything presented as clinical care.
  • Access to the Daily NAP Planner, the Sleep & Nap Journal, the Rescue Plan, or the Quick Start Pack, which stay free.
